SPECIAL NOTICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) - Investigative Case Management (ICM) ICEHSIICM-5.2.2022� May 2, 2022 A.� PURPOSE OF SPECIAL NOTICE THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE ONLY. This special notice is issued to disclose the vendors that were selected to participate in one-on-one sessions In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(c)(4) as a result of their white paper, which was submitted in response to Request for Information (RFI) # ICEHSIICM-10.8.2021 for Investigative Case Management (ICM) solutions. B.� ONE-ON-ONE PARTICIPANTS 1. Armedia, LLC 2. Dev Technology Group, Inc. 3. Excella, Inc. 4. General Dynamics Information Technology 5. Government CIO 6. Integrity One Partners 7. Microsoft 8. Palantir USG, Inc. 9. Tyler Federal, LLC 10. Mark43, Inc. C.� ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IAW the RFI, ten (10) vendors were selected to participate in one-on-one sessions. A significant number of responses were received, and availability is limited to ten (10) sessions. Participants were selected IAW the RFI and at the sole discretion of the Government, based on the contents of their white paper submission. The Government has not selected any vendors to participate in one-on-one sessions that did not submit white papers in response to the RFI. The Government has only accommodated one session per solution. The Government will reach out to each vendor that is invited to participate in one-on-one sessions directly (via e-mail) to schedule the session, anticipated to occur from May 9th, 2022-May 13th, 2022. One?on?one sessions will generally last 1 hour. The content of the one-on-one sessions will be centered around the submitted white paper and related matters, and areas, affecting Investigative Case Management in a law enforcement environment, not around specifics of the company. These one-on-one sessions are intended to provide the Government with an opportunity to ask any questions that may have developed in review of the white papers to gain a better understanding of potential solutions available in the market. The one-on-one sessions are not a marketing opportunity. Based on the magnitude of interest and limited availability of sessions, there are any number of reasons a vendor may not have been selected to participate in a one-on-one session. For example, a possibility exists where a company may have submitted an amazing white paper that left no questions unanswered. In this case, their submission may very well influence the acquisition strategy without necessitating a one-on-one session. Vendors who were not selected to participate in one-on-one sessions are highly encouraged to continue monitoring sam.gov and Acquisition Planning and Forecast System (APFS) in order to witness updates to the acquisition strategy, further communication related to a competitive Investigative Case Management requirement and participate in the competition, should one develop. D.� DISCLAIMER These one-on-one sessions are solely for market research, planning and information purposes only and are not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Request for Proposal, etc.). This special notice and/or the one-on-one session does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. ICE is not seeking proposals at this time. Further, ICE will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this special notice or the one-on-one session. Participants in this market research are advised that the Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this special notice or the one-on-one session. All costs associated with responding to this special notice or participating in the one-on-one session will be solely at the interested party's expense.
