- THIS PROJECT IS A STAND-ALONE C TYPE INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) SOLICITATION. The work for Phase 4 of the Mobile Harbor, Alabama Project shall consist of deepening and widening portions of the Middle Bay Channel beginning approximately 2 miles north of Gaillard Island thence southerly to a point approximately 1 mile south of the island. Complete entire work no later than 545 days after notice to proceed.
