Description
The contractor shall provide (11) Mobile Vet Center (MVC), (1) Mobile Vet Center (Sprinter VAN) and wrapping of (95) existing and new MVCs. to VA Readjustment Counseling Service (RCS). The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase 1 2022 Daimler Sprinter unit. Each unit is a diesel-powered, motor vehicle that will be utilized as a Mobile Vet Center. Designated VA personnel when receiving each unit will receive training on new vehicles on-site at the Contractor's facility. VA personnel will inspect, test, and accept new vehicles after training is completed then transport them to the assigned Government facility. Mobile Vet Centers shall have the capability to meet multi-use applications: outreach; counseling services, and emergency responses. MVC s are expected to function throughout the year and be deployable for disaster and emergency responses in addition to outreach services. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase 11 MB28-MPV units. Each unit is a diesel-powered, motor vehicle that will be utilized as a Mobile Vet Center. Designated VA personnel when receiving each unit will receive training on new vehicles on-site at the Contractor's facility. VA personnel will inspect, test, and accept new vehicles after training is completed then transport them to the assigned Government facility. Mobile Vet Centers shall have the capability to meet multi-use applications: outreach; counseling services, and emergency responses. The contractor shall provide vehicle wrapping for vehicles in the Mobile Vet Center fleet to support VA RCS with RCS current updated branded logo. The Contractor shall provide support services to include removing old decals and completing the wrapping of the 95 Mobile Vet Center vehicles with the updated branding. These wraps have already been designed and developed. The contractor will be responsible for producing wrap while precisely following the existing design and wrapping the identified 95 MVC vehicles.
