The items being requested will address the gaps in the overall evacuation strategy for small and large evacuations. This mitigates the concerns that may result in patients being exposed to outside elements at all times of the year. These tents have been tested and used by other VA facilities, have easy setup and take down, and movement of tent is performed using minimal manning effort. They would be used for temp staging of patients while waiting transport or movement during an incident. The HVA for 2021 has called out high threat items to include internal floods, and steam issues that may result in evacuation. The TAG Inflatable Shelters are modular in design installed in 6 -10 minutes. The shelters can be connected to each other in any direction (gable doors and side doors). The shelter is made of durable, fire and UV resistant PVC coated fabric (military grade 22 oz/sq yd ), using HF welding to con-struct the cover and floor in to one enclosure. Currently these have been a proven asset to many other VA Hospitals across the nation. These are reliable in all weather conditions and can be moved using the mobile transport carts that are part of the request. These tents can be used to house patients waiting in the staging area for transport during a campus evacuation effort. The tents are large enough to shelter 25 patients and have divider doors and a tunnel to link tents if required. Delivery shall be provided no later than 20 (Twenty) days after receipt of order (ARO).] Delivery terms, are FOB destination Place of Performance/Place of Delivery Address: VA Bedford Healthcare System Postal Code: 200 Springs Road, Bldg. 3 Bedford, MA 01730 (Attn.
