Description
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia intends to issue an Unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP) for HEPA Air Vacuum Kits, Replacement Parts and Accessories.� This acquisition comprises 15 Part-Numbered Items; a list of the required items is included as an attachment to this synopsis.� Each of the required items is considered sole source to DCM Clean Air Products Inc. (CAGE: 0YBX0). This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.� The solicitation number is SPE8EG-22-R-0011.� FAR Part 12, ""Acquisition of Commercial Items"" and FAR Part 15, ""Contracting by Negotiation"" procedures will be utilized.� The acquisition will be accomplished using Other than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement�.� The solicitation will provide for one (1) contract.� Price Only source selection procedures will be utilized.� Any resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation.� The resultant contract will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods.� The Contract Maximum will be $89,000,000. Delivery terms will be FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.� Buy American Act clauses apply. This synopsis should NOT be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB).� The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of the solicitation is Tuesday, June 7, 2022.� This date is subject to change.� A copy of the solicitation will be made available through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.� All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
