Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:�� State: Colorado� City: Colorado Springs� Delineated Area: CBA Colorado Springs, CO� Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,900� Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,900� Space Type: 12,000 SF Office and 12,000 SF Warehouse� Parking Spaces (Total): 7� Parking Spaces (Surface): 7� Parking Spaces (Structured): 0� Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 (6 GOV vehicles, 1 truck and 2 20 ft trailers) Full Term: 10 years� Firm Term: 5 years� Option Term: One 5-year option� Additional Requirements:� -Space to be contiguous� -No foreign companies in the building or� immediate next building�� -Roll up door minimum 15 ft� -Allow for 5-ton semi to access loading dock� with turning radius� -One truck height dock is required� -20 ft stack height in warehouse� -Security fence within warehouse to separate� logistics area� -Antenna yard of 100x100� unobstructed� skyward view. Securable hard surface pad� outdoors for the antenna and to handle up to� 30K lbs. Enclosed within 8ft chain link fence. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,� seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced� lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.� Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications� prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense� Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition� Regulation (FAR). ).
