- This synopsis is being issued by AFDW/PK, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 ahead of an anticipated procurement for a Pilot program for Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery and Disclosure (CVDD) which was previously awarded by WHS- Acquisition Directorate. The Contractor shall provide the services outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The government intends to sole source this requirement to Hacker One 22 4th St 5th Fl San Francisco CA, 94103-3173 to analyze the effectiveness of applying bounty payments to the existing Department of Defense Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (VDP). Awarding this requirement to any other source would limit the Government's ability to adequately assess the impact of adding researcher payments.�We anticipate award before 1 June 2022. A FFP purchase order is projected with a period of performance NTE 1 year but expected to be 4 weeks. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for HackerOne may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to maia.warren@us.af.mil and stephanie.hunter2@us.af.mil. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received no later than 10 May at 12:00 PM EST. Interested parties shall reply to this via email by the date listed and provide socio economic category (if applicable)/CAGE Code. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for the posting of the RFQ and any amendments.
