- This Contracting Opportunity is a Sources Sought Notice Only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. This notice aims for market research and to make the appropriate acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses with a Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking businesses who can provide collection materials and patient reporting of molecular prostate cancer tests to the Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Requirement for molecular prostate cancer testing kits may include collection containers, shipping kits, patient reports, performance of Quantitative Methylation-Specific Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests on tissue blocks from prostate biopsy and shipment of materials. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this notice shall be sent to via email, no later than 1600 hours (4:00 PM), Eastern Standard Time on April 29, 2022. Telephone and facsimile responses will not be considered.
