- The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) Yellow Ribbon Reintegrated Program is hosting a Post-Deployment Yellow Ribbon event on May 21, 2022 for 1-168th Aviation Unit. Starting from 0900 hours to 1600 hours including meeting rooms, breakfast snacks and 2 afternoon snacks catering services, and hotel rooms.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6, and 13.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91ZRU22R0004 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The Source Selection producers is Best Value and are in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 and DFARS Publication 2022-03-18. The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ). The association North America Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110. (Hotels except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The Product Service Code (PSC) is V231. Transportation/Travel/Relocation Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel), with a business size standard of $35,000,000.00. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government. To determine the best value, the method of source selection will be best value, Price and Technical. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed and included with quote. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow payment instructions. Interested vendors agree to hold the prices in its quote firm for 30 calendar days from date specified for the closing of this RFQ. Solicitation close date is 29 April 2022 no later than 11:00 AM Alaska Standard time Basis for Award: Contractor shall provide a contract service for multiple conference rooms, equipment, and catered meals to support a post deployment Yellow Ribbon Event for 200 personnel on the city of Anchorage Alaska. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details. To be considered for award, vendors shall have an active registration in the System for Award management at https://sam.gov/content/home. Vendors are responsible to ensure the representations, and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. Name, address, and pictures for proposed lodging and event space. Lodging is preferred to be located at the event site. To meet government needs. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have good performance in CPARS/FAPIIS. Proposed catering menus for adults and children. Due to current supply chain issues in the food industry, interested vendors unable to meet PWS requirements may submit an alternate meal plan for the government�s considerations. However, the government has the sole discretion to accept or reject the plan submitted. The Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1(b) Submission of offers. Submit signed and dated offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (f) Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers. Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.
