Description
The Department of the Navy (DoN), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office PMA-226, Adversary Integrated Product Team (IPT) seeks potential sources to provide F-5N/F Contractor Logistic Services (CLS) and Aircraft Maintenance services. The Contractor will provide these support services to the F-5 Adversary fleet which consists of forty (40) F-5N and three (3) F-5F aircraft. The DoN has additionally procured twenty-two (22) F-5N/F aircraft from Switzerland. The Contractor shall provide Organizational (O), selected Intermediate (I), and limited Depot (D) level maintenance and logistics support services for the F-5N/F aircraft located at multiple CONUS installations. The F-5N/F CLS and Aircraft Maintenance Services are required at the following sites: NAS JRB New Orleans LA, MCAS Yuma AZ, MCAS Beaufort SC, NAS Key West FL, NAS Fallon NV, and any additional new sites. The Government intends to award a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15 procedures. The anticipated period of performance is an ordering period of five (5) years with one (1) three (3) year option ordering period. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190, size standard $35M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J015, Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Aircraft and Airframe Structural Components. Industry�s review and feedback provided on the DRAFT solicitation in its entirety, with a strong emphasis on the draft minimum manning, is highly desirable and appreciated. The Government kindly requests all FINAL comments be submitted by 10:00 AM EDT on 04 May 2022 and reference: F-5N/F CLS and Aircraft Maintenance Program- DRAFT RFP Q&A. No site visit will be permitted during the period of response to this announcement. Firms responding to this announcement will not be individually notified if the requirement is solicited. Solicitations will occur through the PIEE system. An Industry Day is anticipated to occur the week of 26 April 2022. This notice will be updated with additional information and instructions pertaining to the Industry Day.
