- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE WELL PUMP 1 ON CLEAR SPACE FORCE STATION, AK.� The U.S.S.F. is seeking potential contractors qualified to repair the primary industrial cooling pump �WP-1� by replacement with a new motor and government furnished turbine pump to extend its operational life until the year 2040, and other incidental related work at Clear Space Force Station, AK. Information submitted from interested vendors will be used for informational and planning purposes only.� This sources sought notice IS NOT a solicitation. Interested vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party's expense. Non-responsive vendors are not precluded from participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued.� The work shall include but is not limited to: Repair the primary industrial cooling pump �WP-1� by replacement with a new motor and government furnished turbine pump to extend its operational life until the year 2040. The project also overhauls and supplies for base storage the existing pump for the unlikely event of an emergency replacement.� A baseline vibration analysis will also be conducted for the new equipment for future diagnosis comparison.
