Description

The United States Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Acquisition and Contracting (AQ) Office proposes to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition with Politico, LLC, 1000 Wilson Blvd, 8th Floor, Arlington, VA 22209 on behalf of the Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs (OCCA). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition and as implemented by is the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart FAR 13.106-1(b) � Solicit from a Single Source. Contracting Activity: DCSA AQ, 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, VA 22134 Requesting Activity: OCCA, 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, VA 22134 Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Communications and Congressional Affairs (OCCA) required subscriptions to Politico Pro which is a comprehensive web-based solution providing legislative and regulatory insights, data analytic tools and resources for policy professionals at state, federal and international levels. Politico Pro�s highly specialized team of more than 100 policy specific reports delivers targeted intelligence in real time, provides in-depth coverage of granular-level topics that no one covers and uses its journalism to hold through leaders, policymakers and stakeholders accountable in Washington, D.C and beyond. DCSA required this subscription for one (1) base year and three (3) option years. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement within five (5) days after the publication of this synopsis which shall be considered by the agency. Responses received after 5 days or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of Information received is solely within the discretion of the Government, Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
