- Description This purchase order is for services to haul and stockpile aggregate material to the Wynoochee Rock Stockpiling project consists of furnishing and placing 1 � inch minus aggregate material in a stockpile for future use by the Government. Contractor shall haul specified aggregate from a commercial source and stockpile at a location near Wynoochee Lake DELIVERY Before May 26, 2022 LOCATION The project is in Grays Harbor County on the Olympic National Forest, Hood Canal Ranger District. The stockpile location will be adjacent to Forest Service Road 2270 near Wynoochee Lake. The legal location is Township 22 North, Range 7 West, Section 9. Coordinates for the stockpile site are Latitude: 47.41, Longitude: -123.572 MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS� Material must come from a commercial source and meet the quality, gradation and weed-free specifications shown below. Contractor shall provide documentation certifying specifications are met, but the Forest Service or designee may perform testing to verify specifications are met before delivery will be scheduled. WEED FREE CERTIFICATION All material (e.g. soil, gravel, sand borrow, aggregate, etc.) transported onto National Forest System land or incorporated into the work shall be weed-free. Contractor shall submit Forest Service �Quarry Inspection Form for Invasive Plants� (or equivalent form) completed in the past calendar year that documents weed-free status. If weed free status is not currently certified, a Forest Service weed specialist or designee shall inspect proposed sources to determine weed-free status. The contractor shall provide the Contracting Officer written notification of proposed material sources 14 days prior to use. If weed species are present in the proposed source, appropriate mitigation measures may allow conditional use of the source as required by the Contracting Officer.
