Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for quantity of two each Euro Copter / Airbus compliant/approved __ Aircraft, Portable Starter Power Supply (PSPS) � UH-72 Lakota helicopter, in support of North Dakota Army National Guard, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this helicopter PSPS requirement; quote requested and a written solicitation not issued. This solicitation, W901UZ22Q0411, issued as a request for quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-05 effective 7 March 2022. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 336413 or similar code; PSC code is 6130.� See attached Product Description document. � The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offerors Reps and Certs apply; along with, clauses 52.21-4 Contract Terms and Conditions and 52.21-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (price and other factors considered). The following factors used to evaluate offers: price and technical acceptability in accordance with the Product Description. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote.� Offeror shall utilize the attached Request for Quote document to submit their offer. All offerors registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. Registration information can be found at https.sam.gov and https://wawf.eb.mil. Information concerning FAR clauses can be obtained at www.Acquisition.GOV.
