Description: The United States Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) and its Human Resources Office (SAA-HR) requires a Contractor to conduct a benchmark compensation study and make recommendations to update the SAA compensation structure in a final report prepared by the Contractor. The final report shall cover all of the job classifications within the SAA. The purpose of this project is to review the SAA�s existing compensation plan and to conduct a comprehensive benchmark market study to ensure that compensation for all SAA positions is internally and externally equitable and competitive.
