- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure FM18CWFC FAN COILS for the Norfolk, Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333413 Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing and the procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses with best value tradeoff factor. The contract line item is as follows: CLIN 0001: N421582083C093, QTY: __12___ Specifications: FAN COIL CHILLED WATER, TOP, 120V (W/ HEATER ELEMENT) FLAGSHIP MARINE FM18CWFC, SPECIAL UNIT: 20098-151 To include the following: - 1.5 Ton Air Handler - Flagship Marine drawing 20080-014 - Air Handler Should Consist of a Fan, Chilled Water Fan Coil, and Heater Element - Chill Water Coil should be rated at 18,000 BTU - Fan should be Caged Type, Dayton P/N: 1TDT3 or equal - Air should discharge from the top of the unit - Air Handler should come on a self-contained skid - Air Handler should be powered by 480 Volt. A transformer is authorized to step voltage from 480 to 240 - All electronic connections should be in a covered (NEMA) enclosures if available in size to fit unit if not wiring shall be in a sealed control box on unit The solicitation number will be SPMYM122Q0106. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 8 April 2022 and will close on 1200pm EST 13 April 2022 and responses may be emailed to Devin Lasalle at devin.lasalle@dla.mil.
