- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�CA City:�San Jose Delineated Area: From the intersection of I-280 and San Tomas Expressway, north along San Tomas Expressway and continuing east along Montague Expressway to I-880, south along I-880 and continuing south along Highway 101 to I-280, west along I-280 to the point of beginning at the intersection of I-280 and San Tomas Expressway. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�98,457 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�103,380 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�18 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�18 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�18 Full Term:�15 Firm Term:�15 Additional Requirements: Contiguous above ground floor space.� Exception only for approximately 8,700 ABOA space to be located elsewhere if no contiguous space available. Minimum 24�-0� O.C. (on center). between structural elements (columns, core, curtain wall). Minimum of 24 visitor parking within one block of the office location. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in San Jose, CA, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
