UPDATE 4/08/2022 The Library of Congress held the industry day on April 6, 2022 as planned. The list of attendees, a list of questions asked before and during the industry day, and the associated slide deck have been attached. Please note that additional questions and answers may be emailed to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than Wednesday April 13, 2022 17:00 Eastern. Please download and review all documents. Please submit your questions no later than Monday April 4, 2022 at 14:00 Eastern. Questions must be submitted to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist identified in this notice. Library of Congress Industry Day on Wednesday April 6, 2022 at 14:00 Eastern via Zoom. The Library of Congress plans to host an industry day to discuss a potential future IDIQ contract for experimentation services. Basic Scope and Perfomance Areas: The contractor shall provide a full range of services to support and analyze experiments to enhance services and expand access to digital collections. The Library may order the full range of experiment solutions and services necessary in the following Principal Performance Areas: 1) Planning, analyzing and transitioning experiments. 2) Experimental data extraction, generation and transformation. 3) User-centered demonstration prototyping. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Additional details including a draft of the requirements will be posted at a later date. There will be multiple attachments including a draft of the solicitation, drafts of the statement of work, associated attachments and appendecies, a response form to be emailed, and any other associated informational documents.�
