DESCRIPTION Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for 36C260-22-AP-1250 Epredia HM 355S Automatic Microtome Brand Name or Equal to 100% SDVOSB Set Aside 1.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Epredia HM 355S Automatic Microtome. Brand Name or Equal as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation RFQ 36C26022Q0328 is being issued as a Request for Quotation.� This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).� This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number (FAC) 2022-04 effective 01/30/2022 2.� This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, SBA Size Standard 1,000 employees. Offerors must be registered at https://vetbiz.va.gov, in order to be considered for award.� The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or ""gray market"" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
