- USCG STA HATTERAS INLET (47308) FY 2022 DRYDOCK REPAIRS Period of Performance 17 MAY 2022 � 14 JUNE 2022, this availability is a TWENTY-EIGHT, (28) calendar day availability. USCG: DRYDOCK: USCG STA HATTERAS INLET (47308) The contractor is to provide all necessary facilities, material, equipment, and personnel to preform dry dock repairs to the USCG STA HATTERAS INLET (47308). All work will be performed at the contractor�s dry dock facility. In accordance with 14 U.S.C. �952, ""Construction of Coast Guard vessels and assignment of vessel projects; USCG STA HATTERAS INLET (47308)"" this work is to be performed with a transit distance no greater than 320 Nautical miles from vessel's homeport of 59248 Coast Guard Rd, HATTERAS INLET, NC 27943; transits, due to the following military and economic considerations: 1.������������ Due to a MLB's size, this boat is not capable of being transported over land while assembled, which necessitates a waterborne delivery. MLB's have environmental factors the average speed to 20 knots. The vessel is not crewed for continuous steaming and is normally limited to eight hour per day transits, is the limit of crew endurance under normal operating conditions. This is the planning factor due to crew fatigue. 2.������������ Foreseeable costs (crew lodging, messing, rental vehicles, fuel, and authorized crew travel in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations) will be added to the pricing and will be an economic consideration for award.� Anticipated Period of Performance: Thee USCG SFLC intends on awarding (1) contracts(s) on a firm fixed price basis consisting of an estimated sixty-four (64) calendar day period of performance (subject to change at the discretion of the government).
