Description: Seeking a new 20 year lease, comprised of 121,359 square feet broken down as follows: 5,092 square feet of office space, 4,675 square feet of storage space, 16,100 square feet of laboratory/clinic space, 5,700 square feet of food service area/cafeteria, 1,000 square feet of automated data processing space, 40,460 square feet of conference and training space and 48,512 square feet of quarters/residential housing space.
