- THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR EITHER A QUOTE OR PROPOSAL, OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. THE INTENT OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL OFFERORS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE NAVFAC SOUTHEAST AREA OF OPERATIONS.� NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested parties in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) business development program. NAVFAC Southeast (NAVFAC SE) is considering an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity contract for construction management services, performed by Construction Managers and Construction Engineering Technicians, to support the NAVFAC SE area of operations. The work sites include, but are not limited to the states of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.� The work will be in support of NAVFAC SE, Design and Construction Business Line. The contractor shall provide construction management support services to support the work conducted by the NAVFAC SE Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Department (FEAD) or Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Offices.� The contractor shall support the policies, procedures, regulations and interests of NAVFAC SE. The Contractor shall be directly responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and completion of all tasks under this effort. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing technically qualified personnel to perform the services identified in the statement of work for each task order. Positions issued on individual task orders include but may not be limited to the following: Construction Managers and Engineering Technicians.� Offerors should have current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, security approvals, equipment, and capability to perform this requirement. This requirement is performance based.� Any resulting contract will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity contract. The contract term is anticipated to be a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. The current total not-to-exceed (NTE) contract value is anticipated be $4,500,000, or higher, depending on the responses to this sources sought notice along with other market research.� The initial task order will serve as the minimum guarantee. Task orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis.� The anticipated performance start date is Q4 FY22. The primary NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $16.5M.
