- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting information on mobile-compatible podcast solutions. This is a request for information (RFI) only - it does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotes (RFQ). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not commit the OCC to issue a solicitation (RFQ/RFP) or award a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred to respond to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the respondents' expense. Those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback concerning its submission other than acknowledgement of receipt if the submitter requests a request for acknowledgement. Through a podcast app, the OCC sees opportunities to reach a broader segment of the OCC employee population while allowing internal employees and the public to access OCC related content on the go. The solution shall store, subscribe, and deliver podcasts either on-prem or cloud based (preferred solution would be cloud based but on-prem is acceptable). The OCC is requesting brief capability statements that address the following requirements: Cyber Security � Are you Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorized? Please provide your FedRAMP ID. If not: a).� Do you have a Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) no.18 Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2, Type 2 Report? If not, b).� Are you ISO 27001 Certified, and do you possess an assessment report? If not, c).� Are you Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certified? Do you possess a PCI Report on Compliance (RoC) and Attestation of Compliance (AoC). If not, d).� Do you have a third party NIST 800-171 compliance report? If not, e).� Do you have a NIST 800-171 self-assessment report? If not, f). �In response to a solicitation would you be able to describe your security architecture and continuous monitoring program, inclusive of diagrams and a list of your vulnerability and remediation reports? 2.� Podcast Security & Access � OCC users shall have the ability to interact with the podcast platform using an OCC mobile device (iPhone) or an OCC laptop and access to podcasts must be secure Non-OCC users shall have the ability to access OCC public podcasts using both mobile and desktop devices through all modern browsers and using secure protocol https:// for network security The OCC mobile device shall only be used within MDM containers and OCC computers Podcast software must have data loss prevention capabilities including restriction of copy/paste, saving to removable media, and moving files between podcast application 3.� Cross-platform Integration � The podcasting solution shall allow podcasts and transcripts to be seamlessly integrated on OCC public web and internal web products 4.� All Podcast End Users � The features for the Podcast end user shall provide browsing, search, subscription, rating content quality, and receive notifications or RSS feeds when new podcast episodes are available 5.� Mobile End Users � Special Requirements � The podcast user shall have the ability to interact with episodes (download, delete, save, play, pause, resume, rewind, and view which episodes have been partially played with time remaining) 6.�� Podcast Administration � The podcast creator shall be able to create and manage podcast metadata (branding image, title, length, description, creator) The podcast platform shall allow for attachment of section 508 compatible text transcript and generation of an editable section 508 compatible text transcript of and uploaded audio file (podcast) The podcast administrator shall be able to view or report on consumption data from all platforms (number of subscribers, number of plays, number of unique listeners, amount of time spent in each episode, episode ratings, and platform (iOS, Win) used 7.� Implementation and ongoing support � The OCC requires implementation and ongoing support of the podcast solution (as part of the technical capability statement requested below please identify the options available for implementation) Submission Requirements Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with an electronic document that fulfills the requirements below. Company Background - Provide summary information including company name, DUNS number, CAGE code, GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract(s) or Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) contract number(s) (if applicable), and designated point of contact's name, title, email address and phone number. Company's Business Type Classification (e.g. large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.) Solution and Service Overview - Describe services available through your organization and provide a statement of capability demonstrating your ability to meet the requirements outlined in the requirement description above. Describe any other tasks/services you think are essential to the project as described. Previous Implementations - Describe previous successful engagements similar to the ones outlined above. Provide customer contact information where that solution was implemented including: contact name, organization, telephone number, and email address for each example that you provide. Price Lists or Catalogs/Pricing/Potential CLIN Structure - Provide price lists or catalogs. If applicable, provided information on volume discounts, prompt payment discounts, contract financing, and payment methodology. Provide recommendations on potential contract pricing structure and if the requirement is suitable for fixed-price, time-and materials, or cost plus fixed fee. Other Information (e.g. commercial practices, market information, capabilities for planning purposes, subcontracting, etc.) Responses shall be in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat formats and no longer than 5 pages.
