Description

Description: AMCOM Logistics Center has a requirement for contractor support to provide upgrade/overhaul Starter, Engine, Gas Turbine in order to return the items as specified by Section B, to condition code A as defined by Army Regulation 725-50. The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to complete the inspection and upgrade/overhaul. The following information is provided for the Started, Engine, Gas Turbine. Noun: Starter, Engine, Gas Turbine Input National Stock Number (NSN): 2995-01-679-5217 Input P/N: 36E144-12B Input NSN: 2995-01-286-1498 Input P/N: 36E144-12A Output NSN: 2995-01-679-5217 Output P/N: 36E144-12B Effort: 5 Year IDIQ Estimated Quantity Min Quantity: 360, Max Quantity: 2160 (FMS: 360) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336412 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. Interested parties who have the capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio- economic status as applicable. All submissions must include full company names, Point of Contacts (POCs) to include, name, position, office and mobile telephone numbers and email address. This overhaul/upgrade requirement for this proposed acquisition requires the use of the cited statutory authority because technical data, to include a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR), is not owned by the Government to support competition. The technical data rights for this requirement are proprietary and controlled by the original equipment manufacturer, Parker-Hannifin Corporation, (CAGE Code: 59211) 14300 Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA 92618-1898. Parker-Hannifin is the only source in possession of the technicl data rights necessary to perform this overhaul/upgrade effort.� Contractors are encuraged to contact Parker-Hanifin for sub-contracting opportunities.�
