Description

This is a Special Notice. �The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Sayari Analytics, LLC pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders.� All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) April 11, 2022. �Point of contact is Alycia Spears at Alycia.Spears@dea.gov. The proposed order is two user interface licenses for the purpose of navigating the complexity of global corporate ownership for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Sayari Analytics, LLC, 829 7th Street NW Washington DC 20001. �A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). �Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Alycia.spears@dea.gov.
