The purpose of this announcement is to conduct a market analysis to identify the availability of sources that can provide ALL the items on the attached Bird Parts List. Other �like� or �similar items� will not be considered. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. At this time, this is not a screening information request or request for proposals. The responses will be used to develop the source list for this requirement. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor�s expense. The FAA�s current intent is to seek a 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of 1-year base period with 4 1-year options. The FAA is particularly interested in feedback from industry regarding delivery capabilities of the items associated with the attached list of items. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and 8(a) certified firms capable of providing the services outlined in the Statement of Work. This market survey is also being conducted to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms. The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or a set-aside will be chosen depending on the responses to the market survey. Provide a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. The FAA is requesting interested vendors to provide the following information in their response to this announcement: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: - Company name, POC, brief description of your company - DUNS or Cage Code - Small Business Status (i.e. Large Business, Small Business, SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, ect.) - Number of years in business - Previous contracts and awards for similar items and quantities (please elaborate: quantities and total values of previous contracts) 2. Clearly state whether your company can provide ALL items listed on the attached parts. 3. Clearly state what estimated delivery capabilities are available to the FAA for both routine orders and expedited orders (how long after receipt of order could your company deliver these items?). All responses to this market survey must be received by April 7, 2022, 4:00pm Central Time.
