- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Barclay Water Management Inc. (DUNS 001033620), 55 Chapel St. Ste 400 Newton, MA 02458 for the following services: Water Treatment Management Services. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of Water Treatment Management Services for James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468. Comprehensive water treatment plan to satisfy our VHA requirement 1810. This includes a boiler plant with 3 boilers, softener, condensate, chilled water loop, and feedwater. Period of Performance April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541620 with a size standard of $16.5 million. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 12:00pm Eastern on March 30, 2022. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Andres.cepeda@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Place of Service and Delivery: The products and services are to be delivered and completed at James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx, New York 10468
