��� ************************************************************************************************ note:� this section is used for both the PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/advertisement and THE RLP procurement summary Advertisement ���������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�TN City:�Madison Delineated Area: North:� Highway 31 East East:� Benders Ferry South:� Lebanon Pike West:� Highway 155/Gallatin Pike Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�4,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�4,800 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�15 Parking Spaces (Surface):�15 (secured) Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Full Term:�10 years Firm Term:�5 years Option Term:�2-5 year options Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor. Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. Parking shall be within � mile of offered space. Offered space must offer wareyard space of a minimum of 2,950 sqft or acres Offered space must offer 550 aboa sqft of warehouse space. Offered space must offer 1,000 aboa sqft of unfinished storage space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
