SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NOTICE FA461322Q1010 � UHF/VHF ANTENNA INSTALL THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) OF 517311, WIRED TELECOMMUNICATION, WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF 1,500 EMPLOYEES IS TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR FUTURE ACQUISITION. The result of this market research will contribute to determine the method of procurement. Based on the responses to this sources sought/request for information notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. �All small business set-aside categories will be considered. F. E. Warren AFB, Wyoming is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have that ability to meet requirement in attached draft Statement of Work. All services will be performed at four (4) separate locations, all within 100 miles of F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne Wyoming. An updated Statement of Work will be provided to reflect and/or show the tower heights and estimated cable run distances when or if an RFQ is submitted. Similar Location Requirements: Requires the Contractor to engineer, furnish, install, and test four (4) Ultra High Frequency (UHF) and two (2) Very High Frequency (VHF) antennas and associated transmission lines for a combined total of eight (6).� Of the four (4) UHF antennas two (2) are required to have 3db gain.� Install transmission lines from antennas to bulkhead of existing communications shelter.� Install eight (8) PolyPhasers inside communications shelter bulkhead and terminate transmission lines to identified equipment.� Remove and dispose old antennas and transmission lines from poles/towers.� The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in SOW.� All equipment, supplies, or materials provided shall be new and not refurbished.� No equipment, supplies, and material will be provided by the government.
