Description

This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Grounds Maintenance Services at the ANC ATCT, Port Woronzof ANCB RTR, and ASR-11 in Anchorage, AK to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached RFO# - 697DCK-22-R-00014. This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561730 Landscaping Services, with the Size standard in $8 Million. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a Base year plus four Option Years. No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time. Questions or comments pertaining to this RFO must be submitted in written form via email to Saman Sraon, Contracting Specialist at Samandeep.ctr.sraon@faa.gov and Angela Furukawa, Contracting Officer at Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov no later than 1400 Pacific Time on Thursday, 03/31/2022. Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may be provided to all�Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the RFO will be made by 1400 Pacific Time on Monday, 04/07/2022.
