Please see attached: REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) for Solicitation #KOARO22RE010 DFAS-Rome � X-ray System, Mail Room This is a combined synopsis/solicitation RFQ for the purchase of a new X-ray System (160 Kv) that includes shipping, two (2) entry & exit roller table, installation, calibration and training (a minimum six (6) hours training for 4-5 on-site staff) of new system at DFAS-Rome, NY. Contract shall include the removal/disposal of obsolete X-ray System current located at DFAS-Rome. Disposal shall include shipping and environmental Disposal Certification. ATTACHMENTS: 1. RFQ 2.
