Description

FA2835-22-B-0002 - FAR 14.5 Two Step Method Invitation for Bid (IFB) Request for Technical Proposal (RFP) � Repair (Sustain) Central Plant, Hanscom AFB, MA (MXRD 18-0040) Invitation for Bid � Request for Technical Proposal for Subject project is a 100% Small Business Set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2 and the attached Design-Build Repair (Sustain) Central Plant Final Concept Design Analysis/Statement of Work (SOW), dated 9 February 2022, Specifications, and Attachments. All work will be conducted at HAFB, MA 01731-2107.� See FA2835-22-B-0002 IFB-RFP Solicitation Letter for instructions to request requirement documents. The Government intends to use the Two-Step Method outlined in FAR 14.5. Technical Proposals submitted by Offerors in Step One shall not include prices or pricing information.�See FAR Part 14.5 Two Step Sealed Bidding and FA2835-22-B-0002 IFB-RFP Solicitation Letter for information on the Two Step process. This Invitation for Bid � Request for Technical Proposal is issued in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS, Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals and bids. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
