- a. Hatzor Air Base requires installation of a raised access flooring system for the Combined Joint Operations Center (CJOC) currently under construction. b. The existing facility consists of a 700 square meter (SM), one-story concrete facility with associated site improvements. c. The work includes all the supporting equipment, infrastructure and accessories detailed within the drawings and specifications as required for a complete and functional system.
