Notice Type: Sources Sought Title: RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FOR TACTICAL ELECTRONIC WARFARE SIMULATION NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY Notice ID: N00173-22-R-DH02 Response Date: 03/31/2022 Interested Vendors List: Yes Original/Update Set Aside: N/A NAICS: 541715 � Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) Place of Performance: Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC. DESCRIPTION: The Tactical Electronic Warfare Division (TEWD)�of the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) requires scientific and engineering support as well as contractor support in various scientific and engineering disciplines related to EW simulation and effectiveness evaluation. See attached SOW for full requirements. � CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information via email: � Contact Information a) Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) b) Business Size/Socioeconomic Categories c) Unique Entity ID (DUNS) and Cage Code Technical Information a) List of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft SOW. b) Prior experience of similar scope/complexity of taskings in the attached draft SOW. c) A list of job titles and qualifications suggested for this effort. d) Does your firm have the capability to provide personnel with Top Secret/SCI (SI/TK/G/ HCS) clearances as stated in the draft SOW? e) Any questions/suggestions related to the SOW. Responses should be emailed to the Contract Specialist at deirdre.hughes@nrl.navy.mil. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN)/Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Since this is a SSN/RFI, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents.
