- Synopsis: ��SPE300-22-R-0019 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation SPE300-22-R-0019 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (�DoD�) customers in the Virginia zone. The resultant contracts will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm-fixed price with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from July 24, 2022 to July 19, 2025.This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis.�The total length of the contract will be three (3) years. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued mid to late April 2022. The solicitation contains two groups: Group 1: Fort Eustis and Fort Lee, VA Group 2: Delivery to Norfolk, VA for export missions in Cuba and Honduras All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered; prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. Requests for Proposals are in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://adobe.com. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.� Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.� However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
