This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included�in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is�LOFM007-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through�Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The North American Industry Classification System code is 111940. This requirement is 100% set aside for a small business, SB size�standard is 1.0 million annually. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a THREE MONTH, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the�commercial item(s) listed under section B of the attached SF1449.
