- Special Notice: Immersive Training Environment (ITE) Contract Number: W900KK-18-9-0005 Awardee DUNS: �116957892 On 15 March 2022, in accordance with 10 U.S. Code � 2371b, the Army Contracting Command � Orlando has awarded an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) via the Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) for the�ITE prototype project. A Request for Solutions for these efforts was issued through TReX on 20 July 2021, which resulted in the submittal of 8 total responses. As a result of the competition, the Phase I of the prototype project was awarded�to National Security Technology Accelerator Strategic and Spectrum Mission Advanced Managing as the managing prime to the three sub-vendors: 1) Dignitas Technologies, LLC, located in Orlando, FL. The total value of this Phase I prototype project, is $157,500. If Dignitas is down selected for award after Phase I, the total award amount will be is $2,992,500. (Which includes a Management Fee); 2) MAK Technologies, located in Cambridge, MA. The total value of this Phase I prototype project, is $157,500 If MAK Technologies is down selected for award after Phase I, the new award amount will be is $2,835,263. (Which includes a Management Fee); and 3) Problem Solutions, located in Johnstown, PA. The total value of this Phase I prototype project, is $341,250. If Problem Solutions is down selected for award after Phase I, the total award amount will be is $2,803,500 (Which includes a Management Fee). Other Transaction Authority, the vendors shall provide capability solutions designed to meet contemporary and future training requirements that adapt as changes occur in the operational environment with hardware and software Computer Generated Forces (CGF) technology that will enable the USMC infantry team leader to reinforce decision-making skills and After Action Reporting for Commanders. The CGF should be able to create high fidelity simulations primarily Shoot no Shoot scenarios with the purpose to train Marines for the ever-changing realities of the 21st century. The CGF will provide the building blocks for creating tactical simulations requiring more than one entity. Upon successful completion of this Phase I prototype effort, the Government anticipates that a down select will be made to proceed into the remaining phases for ITE prototype development. Upon completion of a successfully completed ITE prototype, follow-on production effort may be awarded via either contract or agreement, without the use of competitive procedures if the participants in this transaction successfully complete the prototype project as awarded. The successful completion criteria will be defined in the post Phase I down select award Statement of Work. Note: Should the selected vendors fail to demonstrate progress or be unsuccessful in the accomplishment of the goals of this prototyping effort, the Government reserves the right to return to the results of this competition and award additional Other Transaction Agreements to one or more of the vendors that responded to the initial Request for Solutions, as appropriate within the scope and evaluated results of the competition.
