Solicitation Amendment As indicated during the Diplomatic Pouch Services 19KE5022Q0007 pre-solicitation conference held on March 02, 2022, see the following notification; The solicitation is amended as follows ; See attached Pouch Solicitation 19KE5022Q0007 Amendment 00001 SF30_CO.pdf Minutes of the Pre-Proposal Conference held on March 02, 2022 at 11:00 am, see attached document; Minutes_Pre-Solicitation19KE5022Q0007_Diplomatic Pouch Clearance Services.pdf Original Solicitation The Embassy of the United States in�Kenya�hereby launches this solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website effective February 22, 2022. The RFQ submission date is Thursday, March24, 2022 16:00 hours East African Time. The complete offer shall be received by the U.S. Embassy Nairobi Kenya, per the details indicated in the cover page of the solicitation documents. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest reasonable price, but may make multiple awards based on a combination of price, funding, and availability. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The RFQ does not commit the U.S. Embassy Nairobi to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.� The purpose of this solicitation is to provide Diplomatic Pouch Services, for the U.S. Embassy Nairobi.� .� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.� The solicitation will be issued via the BETA.SAM.GOV.� The successful offeror(s) will be required to have a DUNS number and be registered in SAM/CCR through the following sites:� DUNS � www.dnb.com and SAM/CCR � www.sam.gov All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.�Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp �
