Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command -Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC)� intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Delco LLC, located at 3300 Massillon Rd, Akron, OH, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1).� The requirement is for custom machining on Delco molds. No other source for this acquisition can be used as the Government�s requirement is for machining on Delco molds which can only be completed by the original manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 333511 and the size standard is 500 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.� No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground CCAP-SCN, Natick Contracting Division via email ONLY to meri.l.jones.civ@army.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. EST 30 March 2022.� The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice.� All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
