- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, supplies, and materials necessary to perform janitorial services at the following locations in NH: 1525 South Willow St., Manchester, NH (3,600 sq. ft) 71 NH Route 101A, Amherst, NH (3,750 sq. ft) 211 Loudon Rd., Units E&F, Concord, NH (3,667 sq. ft) 410 South River Rd., Bedford, NH (2,428 sq. ft) 537 Central Ave., Suites S-1, S-2, S-3, Dover, NH (2,273 sq. ft) 172 West St., Keene, NH (2,720 sq. ft) Locations over 3,000 sq. ft will require services three (3) times per week; locations less than 3,000 sq. ft will require services two (2) times per week. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
