Refuse Pick Up and disposal for VA Service Distribution Center (SDC) Building 37 Hines, IL Project Number: 796-21-010 Continuation of Block 14 Please see below questions and answers from vendors: Is this a new requirement or a follow-on to an existing contract? Answer: This is a follow-on to an existing contract. Please provide the contractor s name and contract number of the existing contract. Answer: The current contract number is VA797S-17-P-0003. The Contractor: RAS Enterprise, LLC 2512 25th Ave Ste 3 Gulfport, MS 39501 How many years were the plus year options? Answer: The current contract was issued for a base year plus four option years. What is the model of the SDC compactor system that will be picked up? Answer: Please see the attached specification sheet for the Government-owned compactor. The model number is K-Pac Model KP30, serial number 2396. What is the estimated refuse amount per pickup? Answer: The contractor should assume the compactor is filled to maximum capacity when picked up. See specification sheet for compactor capacity.
