Description

This position is located in the Office of Professional Development and Management Support (PDMS) of the Bureau for Global Health (GH). GH/PDMS is responsible for three functional areas of the Bureau for Global Health: Professional and Organizational Development, Personnel and Administrative Support.� The Office is composed of three teams. The Professional and Organizational Development Team manage professional development activities, including training (e.g., PHuNdamentals, eLearning and SOTA (State of the Art) workshops).�� Institutional support contracts and Fellowship programs help USAID address its immediate and emerging human capital needs by developing a diverse group of global health professionals to support and sustain the effectiveness of the Agency�s current and future health programs. This cadre of global health talent is motivated, technically excellent, well-supported, representative of the diversity of the American people, and committed to contributing to USAID�s success in key global health priority areas. The incumbent performs a wide range of complex duties in the areas of management analysis, program management, program development and management, budget execution, and human resources management with a focus on financial analysis and management.�� The incumbent may serve as a COR/AOR for institutional support related contracts/agreements and is expected to foster and promote an environment of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the management and support of these contracts/agreements.�
