- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of an open market sole source award for ACUO VNA SERVER MIGRATION SERVICE to support the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Midwest Health Care Network, 2805 Dodd Road Ste 250, Eagan MN 55121. The proposed award is to LAUREL BRIDGE SOTWARE INC, 500 Creek View Rd, Ste 200, Newark DE 19711, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Soliciting from a single source. Only one source is capable of providing the required services. Contractor shall migrate 330,000 medical exams from ACUO VNA (source archive/PACS/VNA) to Local VISTA Archive (destination archive/PACS/VNA). The contractor shall use applicable software and licensing as needed, including tools for testing, debugging and troubleshooting to complete required services. Contract will verify the content and usability of all transferred files and images. Remote access will require BAA and, if applicable, Background Investigation, for contract employees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance). Product Service Code (PSC) is J065 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies). Small business size standard is $22.0 million. While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, by emailing such statement and supporting documentation by 3:00 PM Central Time (CT), 3/24/2022 to John Becker, Contracting Officer, at john.becker3@va.gov.
