Description

SN-BFSU-22-001-RDJ This is a Special Notice that the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Blackfeet Service Unit is awarding a non-competitive, sole source contract to Olympus America, Incorporated, 3500 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA, 18034 for the continued lease of Endoscopy Equipment for the Blackfeet Service Unit.� Authorized per FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; FAR Part 8, Required sources of supplies and services.� Period of Performance, 03/01/2022 � 02/28/2023. The existing equipment is nearing end of life and a new request for proposals will be issued in the near future to replace the existing equipment.� Therefore, it was determined that a sole source contract for continued equipment lease was in the best interest of the government.� The existing equipment is being leased from Olympus America. This is not a request for quotations.
