Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Florida intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source, purchase order to NAG LLC Doing Business As (DBA) Naval Automation Group, 2511 Walmer Ave, Norfolk, VA 23513 for modification / upgrades of 16 each ruggedized embedded computers to Windows 10 Pro, RAM upgrades from 8GB to 16GB, and LMX-200 Network Interface Cards (NIC). The computers are currently manufactured by NAG LLC and are already in use for the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Navigation (C4N) System Baseline Configuration 4 (SBC4) Keypad, Video and Navigation (KVN) system. �This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reasons.� These systems are part of the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP). NAG LLC, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), is the only company that has the in-depth knowledge of the design to make the modifications/upgrades. No other source is capable of meeting the requirement. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Office, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407 ATTN: M. Campbell Code E31 within 21 weeks after award of the order. NAICS 334111. Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees. FSC 2090
