- Description
- This Request for Lease Proposals (RLP).�The Government is seeking a minimum of 23,024 to a maximum of 24,175 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below.� See Section 2 of the Lease for applicable ANSI/BOMA standards. NOT TO EXCEED 24,175 Rentable Square Feet (RSF).��The Government requests Space in an area bounded as follows:�Start at the place of beginning; State Route 85 and N Meadows Drive, go south on State Route 85 to Meadows Pkwy, go south west on Meadows Pkwy to Limelight Avenue, go southeast on Limelight Avenue to Dacoro Lane, go southeast on Dacoro Lane to Prairie Hawk Drive, go northwest on Prairie Hawk Drive to Low Meadow Blvd, go southwest on Low Meadow Blvd to Red Hawk Drive, go northwest on Red Hawk Drive continuing onto Future Street to Meadows Blvd, go north east on Meadows Blvd to Meadow Drive, go northwest on Meadow Drive back to the place of beginning.
