Description
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform event coordination as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.� The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The 10th Special Forces Group provides training to Soldiers, including single Soldiers, married couples, and Army Families. �Training includes Chaplain Led Training Programs (CLTP) which are oriented to build local family strength.� The CLTP is focused on building and maintaining individual and family readiness by mitigating the impact of common risks. CLTP events are not intended for contractors as participants, though contractors may attend events to provide instruction and coaching.� CLTP events are Commander-requested, Religious Support Team-led, and Army-resourced.� Event planning, coordination, and logistical support services are needed to provide training events for authorized attendees.� This solicitation is for two separate events. 1st Event is 18-20 March 2022 2nd Event is 25-27 March 2022 Objectives for 1st Event:� The basic service objectives for�18-20 March 2022�are: Hotel/Guest service (2 nights) for 12 rooms: (24 Adults and 30 Children) Meal services Non-alcoholic beverage services Main conference room with AV support (1) Childcare training rooms (2) available for the duration of the event Childcare service (up to 30 children of varying ages) Objectives for 2nd Event:� The basic service objectives for�25-27 March 2022�are: Hotel/Guest service (2 nights) for 12 rooms: (24 Adults and 30 Children) Meal services Non-alcoholic beverage services Main conference room with AV support (1) Childcare training rooms (2) available for the duration of the event Childcare service (up to 30 children of varying ages) See attachments (Combined Synopsis and Performance Work Statement) for more information
