- MATOC Description: Projects that w ill be placed against the MATOC w ill provide the resources necessary to accommodate all general�construction construction activities for the Veterans Affairs (VA) program managed by the Charleston District. The contractors w ill be�required to perform fixed-price task orders w ithin the required scope to support the construction activities. Each task order w ill be subject to�the fair opportunity process, and all contractors w ithin the MATOC pool w ill be able to submit a task order proposal for each requirement. This is 100% a Service-Disabled Veteran-Ow ned Small Business set-aside.
