Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N3904022PSE1964. This requirement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-04 (Effective 01/30/2022) and DFARS Change Notice 20211230 (Effective 01/01/2022). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far and https://www.acquisition.gov/dfars The NAICS code is 332311. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resulted contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to BHI Energy. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends on procuring various custom Excel staging components through a sole source solicitation to BHI Energy at Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL) in SanDiego, CA. The Period of Performance is 07/25/2022 - 01/22/2023, with one option period from 01/23/2023 -02/19/2023
