This is a Notice of Intent to award� a non-competitive Procurement.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE This justification and approval for other than full competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactionsin this published document ( that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the government as contract proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. As the Government's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government- wide Point of Entry ( SAM>GOV) and all public comments considered at this time, the Governmentt does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.� This is a renewal� for RS Means� Annual Subscription with electronic titles of : 3 each� - Assemblies,Facilities, Master Composite and Facilities Maintenance and Repair. 4 each -� Assemblies,Facilities, and� Master Composite. 7each - e4Clicks Project Estimator Annual Professional subscription. RSMeans subscriptions will be purchased from 4clicks because it is� the only approved estimating software for use on the government network. This is from the Air Force (Evaluated Product List) EPL.
